We treat your personal data confidential and in accordance with the statutory privacy provisions and this privacy statement. Personal data will only be collected to the extent technically and organisationally necessary. If you make an enquiry with us by email, fax, letter or phone call, we will store your data from the enquiry including the contact details provided or transmitted by you, pursuant to Art. 6 No. 1 b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, for the purpose of processing the enquiry and to answer any follow-up enquiries or for performing the contracted service. Without your consent, we will not pass on this data to external third parties or grant them access rights, unless this conflicts with any statutory obligations to notify. We also process your data to safeguard our legitimate interests (General Data Protection Regulation Art. 6 No. 1 f). This can be required in particular- to ensure IT security and IT operation - to advertise our own range of services Furthermore, we as well as the external service providers mentioned above process your personal data to fulfil legal obligations (General Data Protection Regulation Art. 6 No. 1 c).

Retention of data

We store personal data that we have collected in the course of providing a service for at least as long as is necessary to perform a service that you have requested or for which you have given your consent, unless otherwise stipulated in contractual agreements or legal obligations, such as commercial or tax retention periods. Such personal data will be deleted not later than 12 years after completion of performance of the service or the last enquiry in this regard. Personal data from enquiries without subsequent assignment will be deleted not later than 12 years after answering the enquiry or the last contact. The same applies to personal supplier data.

Information, erasure, blocking, complaint

You have the right at any time to obtain free information about your personal data stored by us, about the source and recipients of such data and the purpose of data processing, and you have the right to rectification, blocking or erasure of said data. Furthermore, you are entitled to request that we provide you with the data concerning yourself and send it in machine-readable form for transmission to third parties. You have the right at any time to lodge a complaint with a data privacy supervisory authority.
