We also process your data to safeguard our legitimate interests (General Data Protection Regulation Art. 6 No. 1 f). This can be required in particular- to ensure IT security and IT operation - to advertise our own range of services Furthermore, we as well as the external service providers mentioned above process your personal data to fulfil legal obligations (General Data Protection Regulation Art. 6 No. 1 c).
Retention of data
We store personal data that we have collected in the course of providing a service for at least as long as is necessary to perform a service that you have requested or for which you have given your consent, unless otherwise stipulated in contractual agreements or legal obligations, such as commercial or tax retention periods. Such personal data will be deleted not later than 12 years after completion of performance of the service or the last enquiry in this regard. Personal data from enquiries without subsequent assignment will be deleted not later than 12 years after answering the enquiry or the last contact. The same applies to personal supplier data.
